Good for them. I hope their results will lead to something rather more rewarding than being human scarecrows.
Yes - I hope their joy continues. Maybe the human scarecrow job would be a bit of a let-down , but I hope they learn that success comes in many forms.
I miss the old autumnal traditions of my youth in Wales, there is very little celebration of the seasonal changes now.How good to see the young people having a celebration in the wheat field.
It was a happy scene - and so unexpected. We never quite know what will be happening when we look out over the fields. - we've had a few surprises!
A pagan celebration for good results?
It certainly looks like it - the field of ripe corn was a very appropriate setting for their celebration!
